You cannot defend who is actually on
Late, no-show and short shifts are a clock-in problem. Today compares published start times with who punched in, not a wallboard slogan.
Smart Quality Solutions
Contact centre workforce management software
AgeniQA is for contact centre and BPO teams who still run the roster in a spreadsheet and quality in another login. Publish shifts, clock people in, score the work, and turn a miss into training.
From €99/mo for 30 agents. No card needed to start. Cancel from billing at the end of the period you paid for.
The cost of three tools
Spreadsheets publish a roster. Another login holds the scores. Agents chase swaps over chat. By the time coaching is written down, the miss has already hit the interval.
Late, no-show and short shifts are a clock-in problem. Today compares published start times with who punched in, not a wallboard slogan.
A miss on a scorecard or a KPI should become a coaching plan, assigned training, and a date. In AgeniQA that loop lives in the same workspace as the roster.
Agents sign in at their own portal, accept or decline shifts, request leave, clock in, and read their own QA, without seeing anyone else’s file.
If you run more than one client, isolation is the product. Each company gets its own workspace and its own sign-in address.

Layouts match the signed-in product. Figures below are sample labels, your workspace shows your floor.
Who is late, who did not show, which shifts are short. Clock-in versus the published start, not live phone presence.

own QA, KPIs, PIPs and coaching. Nothing from another agent.

Attendance
Today is attendance against the plan: published start versus who punched in. Short shifts show as accepted headcount below required, in time to cover them.
Quality to coaching
A scorecard miss or a KPI miss can start a 1:1, assign onboarding, product or process training, or open a PIP with a target and a due date. Evaluations sit on Daily and on the agent’s own QA.
Reporting
Reports puts every agent in the workspace on one page: QA average, lowest and highest against the assessments behind them, training scheduled versus completed, one-to-ones attended. Targets are set per project — SLA, CSAT, a QA minimum, and how many alerts open a PIP. Every table downloads as CSV for a board pack or a payroll run.
Tiers differ by how many agents and projects you can run, not by which of these you are allowed to have.
Week and day views, offers, accepts, drops, swaps, clock-in, approval and CSV export. Optional geofence on a site.
Late / no-show / short from the roster. Queue wall and KPIs appear when your ACD posts to ingest, empty until that feed exists.
Scorecards, sampling, calibration, disputes. Evaluations on Daily and on /me/qa.
Start a plan from a QA or KPI miss, assign training, set targets, close the loop.
Balances, approvals, and roster impact, agents raise them; managers decide.
Customers open tickets inside the workspace. Replies stay on that account.
Getting started
Pick a plan and an address, and add a payment method. You become its first administrator on a 30-day free trial, and nothing is charged until it ends.
Group the floor into projects, put a manager over each, and invite people into the roles that fit them.
Every company signs in at its own address, optionally a subdomain, not a page they share with the rest of your book.
Change plan from billing. The difference is prorated to the day. Existing work is never deleted because a plan changed.
What is actually built
No awards, no invented customer counts. The security page also lists what is not built yet.
Queries are constrained to the signed-in workspace at the repository layer. Another customer’s identifier does not resolve.
TOTP enrolment, backup codes, and optional policy that requires 2FA for managers or agents before they can continue.
Checkout is on the payment provider’s page. We keep a brand and last four digits so you can see which card is on file.
Who did what, to which workspace, and when. Sensitive fields are scrubbed. Cross-tenant actions are always recorded.
Plans
Every self-serve plan includes the whole platform and a 30-day trial. What changes is how many agents and projects you can run.
Count the agents you need to run. Launch fits a small floor, Accelerate is the usual next step, Scale covers a large operation, and Enterprise is a conversation, not a price list. Compare in detail

Yes. You add a payment method when you create the workspace, so the subscription carries on uninterrupted when the trial ends. Nothing is charged during the 30-day trial. The first payment is taken on the day the trial ends, and from then on you are billed on that same day each month.
The same product. Launch is 30 agents and 3 projects, Accelerate 100 / 10, Scale 200 / 15. Enterprise allowances are agreed with us.
Yes, from the billing page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for. You can resume before it lands.

A demo is the real portal on sample data, opened for you personally: your own sign-in, every page and button working, nothing to install.
30 days free on every self-serve plan. No card until you decide to keep it.
