AgeniQA — Trial and Subscription Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the AgeniQA software platform and related services (“AgeniQA”, “Service”, “Platform”) provided by Bruno Mota (“AgeniQA”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
By starting an AgeniQA trial, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms.
1. 30-Day Free Trial
AgeniQA offers eligible customers a trial period (“Trial Period”) beginning on the date the trial is activated. The default duration is 30 days and is configurable by AgeniQA.
During the Trial Period, you may access the features and functionality included in the AgeniQA plan selected when starting the trial, subject to these Terms and any applicable usage limits.
Unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing, each customer is entitled to one Trial Period.
AgeniQA reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw the availability of trials at any time and to determine eligibility for a trial.
2. Plan Selection at Trial Start
When starting the Trial Period, you will be asked to select a subscription plan and billing frequency (monthly or annual). The selected plan, billing frequency, applicable price, and any other applicable commercial terms will be presented to you before you activate the trial.
Starting the trial constitutes your authorization for the selected subscription to begin automatically at the end of the Trial Period, subject to your cancellation rights described below.
3. Automatic Conversion to a Paid Subscription
At the end of the Trial Period, your AgeniQA account will automatically convert to a paid subscription based on the plan and billing frequency selected when the trial was started.
The payment method provided during signup will automatically be charged for the applicable subscription fee.
If you selected monthly billing, your subscription will be billed monthly. If you selected annual billing, your subscription will be billed annually.
You authorize AgeniQA and its payment service provider to charge the payment method you provided for the applicable fees.
4. Recurring Payments
After the Trial Period, the subscription will automatically renew at the selected billing frequency unless cancelled before the applicable renewal date.
If a payment fails, AgeniQA may retry the payment and/or suspend or restrict access to the Service until payment is successfully completed.
5. Cancellation During the Trial
You may cancel your trial at any time before the end of the Trial Period. If you cancel before the Trial Period ends, you will not be charged for the subscription, unless otherwise expressly stated at the time of signup.

6. Cancellation After the Trial
After the Trial Period has ended and the paid subscription has started, you may cancel your subscription at any time. Unless otherwise specified in your order or applicable law, cancellation will take effect at the end of the current paid billing period.
Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory refund or cancellation rights you may have under applicable law.
7. Prices and Taxes
The subscription price applicable to you will be the price displayed when you select your plan. Unless stated otherwise, prices do not include applicable taxes. You are responsible for providing accurate billing information and any tax identification information required for invoicing.
8. Payment Method
To start a trial that requires a payment method, you must provide valid payment information through AgeniQA's designated payment provider. AgeniQA does not store complete payment card details. Payment information is processed by our third-party payment service provider.
9. Trial Limitations
The Trial Period is provided for evaluation purposes. AgeniQA may impose reasonable limitations on trial accounts and may terminate or restrict a trial account used fraudulently, abusively, unlawfully, or in violation of these Terms.
10. Account Information
You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your AgeniQA account. If you are creating an account on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to accept these Terms on its behalf.
11. Use of the Service
You may use AgeniQA only for lawful purposes. You must not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the Service, reverse engineer it except where permitted by law, or circumvent usage limits.
12. Data and Privacy
AgeniQA will process personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. You remain responsible for ensuring that your use of AgeniQA complies with applicable laws.
13. Suspension and Termination
AgeniQA may suspend or terminate access for non-payment, material breach, fraudulent activity, unlawful use, or security risks. Where appropriate, we will provide reasonable notice.
14. Changes to These Terms
AgeniQA may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will be made available through the AgeniQA website. These documents are product terms, not legal advice, and should be reviewed by qualified counsel before production use in each jurisdiction.

Important Trial Disclosure
By starting a trial, you acknowledge that your trial will automatically convert to a paid AgeniQA subscription at the end of the trial unless you cancel first, and you authorize AgeniQA and its payment provider to process those payments.
