Every company on AgeniQA works in its own private space. Your rosters, scorecards, coaching notes and agent records belong to your organisation and are visible to nobody else. This is not a setting somebody has to remember to switch on. It is how the product is built, and it cannot be turned off by mistake.
Team leaders, quality analysts, trainers and agents each see what their job calls for and nothing more. When you change somebody's role or remove their access, it takes effect immediately, on their very next click. Nobody keeps a door open because they were already signed in.
Agents get their own portal with their schedule, their scores and their feedback, and they cannot see their colleagues' records. It sounds like a small thing. In practice it is the difference between a quality programme your floor trusts and one it resents.
Passwords are stored in a form nobody can read back, including us. When you want more, turn on two-factor authentication and require it of your managers or of everyone. Backup codes mean a lost phone is an inconvenience rather than a crisis, and your administrators can always get a colleague back in.
Who moved that shift? Who assigned it, and when was it published? AgeniQA keeps a permanent record of what happened and who did it, and that record cannot be edited or quietly removed afterwards. Questions get answers, and disagreements get evidence instead of recollections.
Payments are handled by our payment provider on their own secure page. Your card details never pass through AgeniQA at all. We keep only enough to show you which card is on file, so there is nothing sensitive here to lose.
If a payment fails or a subscription lapses, you keep your data. Your history is not a bargaining chip, and nothing is deleted because an invoice went unpaid. Inside the product, deleting is reversible too, so a mistaken click never costs you a year of coaching notes.
There is no analytics tracker, no advertising pixel and no third-party script following your team around this site. The only cookies we set are the ones needed to keep you signed in, and every one of them is listed on our cookie policy page. Your people are not the product.
Single sign-on and formal compliance certification, such as SOC 2 and ISO 27001, are on our roadmap rather than in the product today. We would rather you heard that from us than found out later. If one of them is a requirement where you work, tell us and we will be straight with you about timing.
