We use three first-party cookies that are strictly necessary to run
this site: they keep you signed in, hold a part-finished two-factor
sign-in, and remember the choice you make here. We set no analytics,
advertising or third-party tracking cookies, so there is nothing
optional to switch off. Read the cookie policy.
The complete list, not a summary. AgeniQA sets three first-party
cookies, all of them strictly necessary. There is no analytics
product, no advertising network and no third-party script on these
pages.
What a cookie is here
A cookie is a small file this site asks your browser to keep and send
back on your next request. We use them for one thing: to know that a
request belongs to a sign-in that already happened. Nothing on this
site measures, profiles or follows you.
Nothing is set before you need it. Browsing the public pages sets no
cookie at all. The session cookies appear when you sign in; the
consent cookie appears only when you answer the notice.
Strictly necessary cookies
These are the only cookies AgeniQA sets. They are first-party, set by
this site alone, and the sign-in cookies are httpOnly and
SameSite=Lax, so page scripts cannot read them and other
sites cannot replay them.
Name
Purpose
Expires
ageniqa_session
Identifies which signed-in account a request belongs to. It
carries no authority of its own: role, permissions and account
status are re-read from the database on every request.
30 minutes
ageniqa_2fa_pending
Holds a sign-in between a correct password and the second
factor, so the code you enter is matched to the right attempt.
10 minutes
ageniqa_cookie_consent
Remembers the answer you gave the cookie notice, so you are not
asked again. It records the date and the categories you
allowed, and nothing that identifies you.
12 months
Because the site cannot sign you in or remember your choice without
these, they do not depend on consent and there is no switch to turn
them off. Clearing cookies in your browser removes them, which signs
you out and brings the notice back.
What we do not use
Analytics and statistics cookies. No analytics or
measurement product is loaded, so there is no category to consent
to.
Advertising and marketing cookies. No ad network,
conversion pixel or remarketing tag.
Preference cookies. The site stores no themes,
layouts or other settings in cookies.
Third-party scripts, fonts and embeds. Every
script, stylesheet, font and image on these pages is served from
this domain, so no other party is in a position to set a cookie
while you read them.
Other browser storage
The customer portal keeps the document you are editing in
sessionStorage while you work on it, so an accidental
reload does not lose changes. It belongs to the tab and your browser
discards it when the tab closes. It is part of the tool working, not
a way of tracking anyone.
Closing the cookie notice without answering is also remembered in
sessionStorage for the rest of that visit, so the same
notice does not follow you from page to page.
Payments happen somewhere else
Card details are entered on Stripe's or PayPal's own hosted page, not
on ours. While you are there, that provider's cookies and privacy
policy apply. Nothing from either provider runs on this site, and we
store only non-sensitive references such as a customer or
subscription id.
Changing your answer
Open at any time, from here or from the link in the
footer of every page. Because everything we set is strictly
necessary, there is currently nothing there to switch off. If an
optional category is ever added, it will be off until you turn it on,
and the notice will ask again rather than reading your old answer as
consent to something new.
Questions about cookies or personal data are covered by the
Privacy Policy, or write to us from the
contact page.
