Frequently asked questions

Plans, the trial, what counts as an agent, billing and what is actually built. If this page does not answer it, ask us.

What is AgeniQA?

Contact centre workforce management software: scheduler, Today (late / no-show / short), quality scorecards, coaching, training, leave, reporting, and an agent portal at /me.

What counts as an agent?

One agent record inside one of your projects. The allowance counts agents that currently exist, so deleting one frees a slot immediately. Agents are counted live from the database when you try to create the next one.

What counts as a project?

A project is the grouping that agents live in, with a manager over it. Launch allows 3, Accelerate 10 and Scale 15. Enterprise project requirements are agreed with us rather than capped by the price list.

Do I need a card to start?

Yes. You add a payment method when you create the workspace, so the subscription carries on uninterrupted when the trial ends. Nothing is charged during the 30-day trial. The first payment is taken on the day the trial ends, and from then on you are billed on that same day each month — start on the 12th and you are charged on the 12th.

What happens when I hit a limit?

Creating the next agent or project is refused, with a message saying how many you have and what the ceiling is. Nothing already running stops. Upgrading raises the ceiling straight away.

How does changing plan work mid-month?

It is prorated to the day. Moving up charges the difference for the rest of the period; moving down credits the unused part against your next invoice. A downgrade that would leave you over the smaller plan’s limits is refused before you are charged, not after.

What is annual billing worth?

Ten months for twelve. Launch is €990 a year instead of €1,188, Accelerate €2,490 instead of €2,988, and Scale €3,990 instead of €4,788.

What happens if a payment fails?

We retry. You get a notification in the product each time, and your plan stays active while we do. After several failures the subscription lapses: new agents and projects are refused, but nothing is deleted and you keep access to fix the card. Paying again restores everything.

Can I cancel whenever I want?

Yes, from the billing page. Cancelling takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for, so you keep what you paid for. You can resume before it lands.

Do you store my card details?

No. Cards are entered on the payment provider’s own page. We keep the card brand and last four digits so you can see which card is on file, and nothing else.

How do my customers sign in?

Each company has its own sign-in page at its own address, for example /acme/login, rather than a shared one. A subdomain can be provisioned as well. You can send that link directly to the company.

Is two-factor authentication available?

Yes. Users can enrol TOTP and store backup codes. A workspace can require 2FA for managers or agents. Single sign-on is not built yet.

What is the difference between Enterprise and Scale?

Scale is the largest self-serve tier: 200 agents, 15 projects, bought with a card. Enterprise is for more than that, with allowances, pricing and terms agreed with us directly. Request a quote and we will come back to you.

Is there an API?

Yes. A JSON API sits alongside the web interface and goes through the same services and the same authorization checks. The interactive schema explorer is not published on this host. Live queues and KPIs are populated by posting to /api/ops/ingest.
